Seed Stash ("de app", "wij", "ons") is een product van Moestuin Mania. Wij respecteren je privacy en gaan zorgvuldig om met je persoonsgegevens. In dit privacybeleid leggen we uit welke gegevens we verzamelen, waarom we dat doen, en welke rechten je hebt.

2. Hoe gebruiken we je gegevens?

We gebruiken je gegevens uitsluitend voor:

• Het aanbieden en laten werken van de app
• Het scannen en analyseren van zadenzakjes met AI
• Het tonen van persoonlijk zaaiadvies op basis van je locatie en zaadcollectie
• Het verbeteren van de app op basis van geanonimiseerd gebruiksgedrag
• Klantenservice en het beantwoorden van feedback

We verkopen je gegevens nooit aan derden. We gebruiken je gegevens niet voor gerichte advertenties.

3. Met wie delen we je gegevens?

Om de app te laten werken, maken we gebruik van de volgende dienstverleners (verwerkers):

Over Anthropic (AI-analyse)

Wanneer je een foto van een zadenzakje scant, wordt deze foto tijdelijk naar Anthropic gestuurd voor automatische tekst- en data-extractie. Anthropic slaat deze foto's niet permanent op en gebruikt ze niet om hun AI-modellen te trainen. De foto wordt alleen verwerkt om de informatie op het zakje te herkennen.

4. Beveiliging

We nemen passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen om je gegevens te beschermen:

• Alle verbindingen zijn versleuteld (HTTPS/TLS)
• Database en opslag zijn versleuteld (encryption at rest)
• Toegang tot je gegevens is beperkt tot jouw account (Row Level Security)
• We gebruiken geen wachtwoorden — alleen veilige inlogmethoden (e-mail link of Google)

5. Je rechten (AVG/GDPR)

Op grond van de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG) heb je de volgende rechten:

• Recht op inzage — Je kunt opvragen welke gegevens we van je bewaren.
• Recht op rectificatie — Je kunt je profiel, zaden en notities zelf aanpassen in de app.
• Recht op verwijdering — Je kunt je account verwijderen via de app. Hiermee worden al je gegevens permanent verwijderd.
• Recht op bezwaar — Je kunt in de app-instellingen analytics uitschakelen.
• Recht op dataportabiliteit — Je kunt je gegevens opvragen via het e-mailadres hieronder.

6. Kinderen

Seed Stash is niet specifiek gericht op kinderen jonger dan 16 jaar. We verzamelen niet bewust gegevens van kinderen. Als je vermoedt dat een kind zonder toestemming van een ouder een account heeft aangemaakt, neem dan contact met ons op.

7. Cookies en lokale opslag

De mobiele app gebruikt geen cookies. We gebruiken lokale opslag op je apparaat om je sessie te bewaren, zodat je niet elke keer opnieuw hoeft in te loggen.

8. Wijzigingen in dit beleid

We kunnen dit privacybeleid van tijd tot tijd aanpassen. Bij belangrijke wijzigingen stellen we je op de hoogte via de app. De datum bovenaan dit document geeft aan wanneer het beleid voor het laatst is bijgewerkt.

2. How do we use your data?

We use your data exclusively for:

• Providing and operating the app
• Scanning and analysing seed packets with AI
• Showing personalised sowing advice based on your location and seed collection
• Improving the app based on anonymised usage data
• Customer service and responding to feedback

We never sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for targeted advertising.

3. Who do we share your data with?

About Anthropic (AI analysis)

When you scan a photo of a seed packet, the photo is temporarily sent to Anthropic for automatic text and data extraction. Anthropic does not permanently store these photos and does not use them to train their AI models. The photo is only processed to recognise the information on the packet.

4. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data:

• All connections are encrypted (HTTPS/TLS)
• Database and storage are encrypted (encryption at rest)
• Access to your data is limited to your account (Row Level Security)
• We do not use passwords — only secure login methods (email link or Google)

5. Your rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the following rights:

• Right of access — You can request what data we hold about you.
• Right to rectification — You can edit your profile, seeds and notes in the app.
• Right to erasure — You can delete your account via the app. This permanently deletes all your data.
• Right to object — You can disable analytics in the app settings.
• Right to data portability — You can request your data via the email address below.

6. Children

Seed Stash is not specifically aimed at children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you suspect a child has created an account without parental consent, please contact us.

7. Cookies and local storage

The mobile app does not use cookies. We use local storage on your device to keep your session, so you don't have to log in every time.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. For significant changes, we will notify you via the app. The date at the top of this document indicates when the policy was last updated.

• Die Anzeige persönlicher Aussaatberatung basierend auf deinem Standort und deiner Saatgutsammlung
• Die Verbesserung der App auf Basis anonymisierter Nutzungsdaten
• Kundenservice und Beantwortung von Feedback

Wir verkaufen deine Daten niemals an Dritte. Wir verwenden deine Daten nicht für gezielte Werbung.

Über Anthropic (KI-Analyse)

Wenn du ein Foto einer Saatguttüte scannst, wird dieses Foto vorübergehend an Anthropic gesendet, um automatisch Text und Daten zu extrahieren. Anthropic speichert diese Fotos nicht dauerhaft und verwendet sie nicht zum Training ihrer KI-Modelle.

4. Sicherheit

Wir treffen angemessene technische und organisatorische Maßnahmen zum Schutz deiner Daten:

• Alle Verbindungen sind verschlüsselt (HTTPS/TLS)
• Datenbank und Speicher sind verschlüsselt (Encryption at Rest)
• Der Zugriff auf deine Daten ist auf dein Konto beschränkt (Row Level Security)
• Wir verwenden keine Passwörter — nur sichere Anmeldemethoden (E-Mail-Link oder Google)

5. Deine Rechte (DSGVO)

Gemäß der Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO) hast du folgende Rechte:

• Auskunftsrecht — Du kannst erfragen, welche Daten wir über dich gespeichert haben.
• Recht auf Berichtigung — Du kannst dein Profil, Saatgut und Notizen in der App selbst bearbeiten.
• Recht auf Löschung — Du kannst dein Konto über die App löschen. Dadurch werden alle deine Daten dauerhaft gelöscht.
• Widerspruchsrecht — Du kannst Analytics in den App-Einstellungen deaktivieren.
• Recht auf Datenübertragbarkeit — Du kannst deine Daten über die unten genannte E-Mail-Adresse anfordern.

6. Kinder

Seed Stash richtet sich nicht speziell an Kinder unter 16 Jahren. Wir erheben nicht wissentlich Daten von Kindern.

7. Cookies und lokaler Speicher

Die mobile App verwendet keine Cookies. Wir verwenden lokalen Speicher auf deinem Gerät, um deine Sitzung zu speichern.

8. Änderungen dieser Erklärung

Wir können diese Datenschutzerklärung von Zeit zu Zeit anpassen. Bei wesentlichen Änderungen benachrichtigen wir dich über die App.

Sobre Anthropic (análisis IA)
